Values

Standards for hard work.

Our values are intentionally direct. They are the operating expectations for people trusted with difficult, high-consequence engineering work.

What we hold to

Standards, not slogans.

These shape day-to-day engineering judgment. We hold each other to them.

Own Your Work / Protect Your Team

Everyone owns their piece of the work completely, and looks out for the people working alongside them. We don't pass the buck or quietly absorb each other's jobs: the more clearly each person owns their part, the more the team accomplishes.

Don't Settle for Superficial

We work to understand each problem, its constraints, and our solution deeply, and to make the gaps explicit. Treating symptoms instead of root causes can feel sufficient under pressure, but it creates more problems than it solves.

Be Honest Proactively

We raise risks and problems early and directly, even when it's uncomfortable. A risk surfaced while it can still be managed is worth far more than one discovered too late.

Get to It

Clients bring us problems that have never been solved before. We get moving on them, inventing the answer one concrete step at a time, rather than waiting for a certainty that isn't coming.

Want to work this way?

We hire engineers who value depth, ownership, and honest execution.
