Leadership

Engineering leadership, end to end.

Every Obsidian engagement is led by someone who can reason about the domain, make the hard technical calls, and answer for the outcome.

Technical leadership

We don't separate leadership from the engineering. The people setting direction understand the system, its risks, and its limits well enough to make calls that hold up in production. Several maintain open-source infrastructure the wider field relies on, and sit on the boards and working groups that steward it.

Client leadership

Hard problems need a clear owner. We keep experienced people close to scoping, architecture, and delivery, so the work never drifts from the problem the client actually has.

Practice leadership

Capital Markets, AI, Infrastructure, and Labs each run as their own practice, held to one standard: understand it deeply, weigh the tradeoffs in the open, and stand behind the result.
